  RIPPLING RIVER (Schreiner, 1995), a deep and evenly colored navy blue, has clean hafts. To my eye, most of the modern blacks, such as BEFORE THE STORM, HELLO DARKNESS, MIDNIGHT OIL, etc. also have smooth hafts.
