Hello Loic,
Thank you very much for those glowing compliments.
I'm embarrassed to say, that I didn't keep enough
CLOWN PANTS to share with you right now -- although,
it increases so fast, that I should have quite a bit
more in a year or so. I'm sorry I don't know of anyone
in Europe, who would have CLOWN PANTS. But if you
can't wait for me to send one, there's no need to
dream -- CLOWN PANTS was just introduced by Iris City
Gardens in 2006. I'm sure they'll have more available
again in 2007. I sent them lots. You should check out
their website, if you haven't seen it already. For
some reason it's not working (when I just checked it)
but the URL is http://www.iriscitygardens.com/
...maybe try it a little while later. They've got lots
of other very unusual irises (especially beardless
stuff). They'll probably be introducing any of my
bearded X Iris tectorum seedlings -- if I get any that
are worthy of introduction.
Thanks again and good luck with your reblooming MTB
program. I look forward to seeing your progress. Let
me know if you have any problems getting CLOWN PANTS.
Tom
Oh and now that you 've asked, I'll have an excuse to
get some pictures together for you - to show you
better what the whole plant looks like.
