I wonder if Eric has a guess as to what the background of the yellow or pink seedling was? Many irises are in the checklists with pedigrees that say things like SOLANO X seedling involving yellow, pink seedlings from <whatever>.
Even if he can't remember <all> of the ancestors, whatever he can remember might be useful to someone. 


here's the message i got from Mike Lowe, saying that it's still possible to register when it hasn't been done before introduction.
So i've begged Laure Anfosso and Eric Besse to do it.
