Linda, your going to like this even more . . .
 
When I check on my July rebloom?  The 1810 cross bloomed several  stalks from 
several different seedlings.  All from the 2nd year of  germination. 
 
And the Edith Wolford seedling that bloomed in July?  The pot sat for  3 
years before I planted anything and it easily COULD be a 2nd year  germinant.  
 
On the other side of the coin, 1907 bloomed 4 in late June and July and  they 
all germinated 1st year.  
 
If a connection exists it is not the ONLY path.
