An exciting event took place here yesterday.  It rained!  Really we had 2.20
inches of sky water.  That's more than all the showers of the rest of the
year put together.  First time I've seen all the ground wet since July.  The
gardens were very day, so I almost started watering last Wednesday.  I don't
trust the weather men's promises, but I'm glad I didn't.
