I know it costs a couple bucks more, but from what I have heard, the people
who have ordered the Grosvenor book from the ad run in the AIS Bulletin
have been receiving it promptly as advertised. I believe they are shipping
it direct from Australia.
B&N may be great for selling mass market books, but they don't seem
particularly efficient for specialty books.
