Iris dichotoma has been known as Pardanthopsis dichotoma for many years
now, but I understand there is some move to take it back into the fold.
This is an easy-to-grow plant that sometimes blooms the first year from
seed, if started early.
I have an article on this waiting to be published in the 'Praiseworthy
Plant' section of Fine Gardening. I don't know about the backlog, but it
was accepted and paid for almost a year ago!
