Re: TB: Blacks and growth

From: "wmoores" <wmoores@watervalley.net>

INTERPOL is another favorite one of the blacks. It flourished in
Texas but not in Mississippi, like RAVENWOOD. I will never forget
seeing INTERPOL for the first time at the Roanoke Convention, I was
overwhelmed with the color and just a touch of bronze on the dark
beards. I may have one sickly plant left.

HOLY NIGHT has been a winner in the three gardens where I have grown
it. The big surprise comes when it reblooms in the fall. Yes, this
is one of the all time greats in the dark category--a Dykes
shouldabeen.

How about a soon-to-be historical black IB, BLACK WATCH? Good
growth, color, etc.
