Hi, Karene and Lynn and All...
I saw "Shabby Chic" on satellite two days ago. She used a bit of mouthwash
in her vase water to prevent bacterial buildup for the cutflowers she was
preparing. Bacteria, of course, is what dramatically decreases vase life,
as the bacteria clog up the flowers "water tubes".
