Welcome to our group.
Regarding the best for floral design, without a doubt it's spurias.
They also look much the same in your design on the third day
which would be unheard of for TB's. I learned this at a show
in Atlanta for our National Convention there. Maxine Perkins,
of New Mexico, had brought several large tubs of them for a
SP display. She graciously shared them with many of us to
use in our designs which would be on display several days.
A great book, The Gardeners Iris Book, authored by a well
respected member of this list, is available quite reasonably
from the AIS Membership Sales. Nancy Pocklington is also
a member or this list so just let her hear from you.
