-- BULB: Dutch Irises in Bloom?

Hello everyone,

As I am a rank novice at irises (my first planting being last fall) I 
have some questions.  I planted the Dutch Irises bulbs and they have 
now come up and are blooming.  Can I cut the bloom stalks for cut 
flowers and will they then bloom more?  

I am planning to put in at least one other bed and plant LA's in it 
but I was wondering about what to do with what I have up now.
