If you are talking about Iris germanica var. florentina, then the answer is
no, not in my experience, but then iris germanica, of which florentina is the
white form, is classed as an IB not a TB, so I wouldn't really expect them to
be.
While we are talking about this it would probably be good to mention that
there is a Cayeux plicata called FLORENTINE which should not be mistaken for
'florentina'
