CULT: LA: SPEC: Fertilizing?

The Irises in my sunken kiddie pools are now starting to grow some. Two
pools have only types of Iris pseudacorus, some have only Louisiana Irises,
some have LA Irises and Iris virginica types, and another two pools have Iris
tridentata too.
I am in Zone 8b Florida, and there is still a high likelihood of a [or
more] darned freezes. Should I go ahead and give these plants some Miracid,
or should I wait until after bloom?
