Brevicaulis and foliosa are supposed to be two terms for the same species.
I saw the Signa seed list for this and also wondered. The experts
to answer this question are on the Yahoo Group called Lairis. You might
check there for a better answer. You can join Lairis just like you joined
iris talk since it is a Yahoo Group like this one.
