I was interested to see CELEBRATION SONG mentioned as being rot prone.
It grew like a weed for me forming a two foot wide clump in just two
years. Then last summer during a rainy spell in August it rotted totally
away in two weeks. I may try it again but I have become depressed over
the rot problems with the latest west coast hybrid TB's.
I don't intend to spend the rest of my life crawling through the iris
with a spoon and a jug of bleach! I can stand up and spray fungicide
for black spot on roses instead.
