The Washington _Post_ today had an article in the Home section (link
below--good for about 2 weeks from today) about the new plant hardiness zone
map to be introduced, perhaps later this year.
One of the changes will be the increase in zones, from 11 to 15. I guess
that this means that some of us will definitely be living in a new zone once
the map is done. Another new twist is that the map will only be available
on the computer. Well, I am sure we will see print copies of it before too
long after its release, we will not be seeing them from the government or
the American Horticultural Society.
