Several of the clubs around here use green bottles for displaying stalks at shows. Wine bottles are used for tall irises, beer bottles for SDBs and IBs. But there are always a few stalks that are so well grown (ahem) that they are too fat to fit into the bottle. Even larger size bottles like champagne bottles still use the same size neck. Does anyone know of a source for green bottles that have necks larger than a standard cork size? Either empty or filled to the brim with precious, precious wine is okay.
Vince Lewonski, who may have a hell of a party in order to empty all these bottles before show time...
