Yes it is. Here is the entire information you will need to obtain a
certificate of insurance, etc.
If the venue you are having the show at wants to be named
as an additional insured under the AIS policy the charge is $50
for each day of the event. If the venue just wants to have
proof of insurance then there is no charge. Either way you need
to contact Rodman Insurance Agency at 145 Rosemary St., #A,
Needham, MA 02494. Their phone number is
781/247-7800 and their fax number is 781/444-0090.
If you need to have the venue named on the policy the check has to
be made payable to Rodman Insurance. You need to provide the
name and address of the venue and the dates of the event.
You should also tell them if you want the certificate mailed
to you or directly to the venue and to who's attention.
