I think it was being done but not on an "official" basis. That
is what it sounded like to me...now a binding vote can be done
by e-mail is what it sounds like.

Ellen (snowing loads and we have over 1 foot of new snow and
more to come...the talking-heads on TV weather in Southern NH
are telling us that only 3-6" in the northern mountains. Ha.)
