I had asked the following a little while back. ""Is 'Tranquility' a
pure-blood I. pallida white glaciata? It looks like one to me.""
Well, I found the answer myself. It is not. It is 'Snow Flurry' x
'Katherine Fay', which means it should be a (2n=48) tetraploid. There's a
lot of I. pallida in the ancestry, but it's not pure. Even so, it is a
very pure "pallida-like" white with relatively large flowers (for the
"type"). Nice plant if you like OF types. Good photo is in the Argyle
