Considering that spot a hundred feet above the creek, I should add--have
highly fertile, silt loam that doesn't stick to hoes and shovels, be free of
weed seed and have no moles, gophers, grasshoppers, mice, voles or rock
chucks--and no neighbors that spray herbicides on the fence rows with the wind
drifting your way. If wishes were horses.....
