OT-alfalfa alternative

Hi Friends, 800 585-4401 here is the phone number of Don Wolf a person
here in California who specializes in compost teas and how to use your
soil to the best advantage. I don't know if he is on-line. He works
with large farm operations so is very savy as to using $$$$$ wisely. He
says that almond growers can shred the clippings and break them down in
a fast way. Here in California "dust making" crops are under the gun to
"not" make dust. We use alfalfa pellets here when we plant individual
plants in show garden, we use horse stall cleanings in the field.
Someone correct me but if I remember correctly dairy farmers buy alfalfa
with high TDN's (something about total digestive nutrients) that is what
makes milk, and it is also I think that makes plants healthy. Lorraine
in California watching over 500+ Nationals iris plants getting ready to
put on a show. Get your reservations in before March 1 for the best
rate.
