How can it be cheaper if you do not also reduce the length of the  Bulletin 
itself? 
 
If the idea is to free up more pages in the Bulletin for "interesting  
articles," then are we not talking about leaving the length of the Bulletin  more or 
less the same, while moving some content to a second printed  publication? 
How is this cheaper? 
 
Did I miss something?
