 Be it advised that PAIS passed something that was not advised by  AIS
standards,  even  though an AIS member judge was present and  I think even
2nd the motion .  She has since  been given back her check for membership in
VAIS back due to her  choice, since she did not decide to abide by our
bylaws, which is to be a member of VAIS you must live in the Verde Valley .
You are not allowed membership in VAIS as an associate member if you live in
the Verde Valley.  You may only be an associate member if you live outside
our area.

 The treasure for PAIS to my knowledge offered her the choice of
reconsidering, but she chose to go w PAIS even though she by past an
opportunity to support a new home group in her living area.
