Hi Linda,

Region 15 provides some funds for RVP travel, and a smaller amount for
region officers.  Not everyone takes advantage of it, but it helps me,
especially with attending the nat'l convention.  There is no subsidy for
club officers from region, although some clubs do budget funds to help the
president travel to meetings & conventions.
