Doug, all the info on the convention in Sacramento is in the January AIS
Bulletin. If you need info quicker, they have established a toll free line:
1-800-757-IRIS (4747), call and you will get Jay Hudson, Convention Chairman.
Do go! And introduce yourself if you see me first. I will be in AIS Board
meetings the first two days, but everyone is welcome to these...so just come
in and say "Hi". It promises to be a wonderful fun time. You will
especially enjoy the 2d day when all of the AIS Sections put on special slide
shows and special presentations (of course, if you take optional tours on
these days you will miss this...I highly recommend the section meetings).
And the last 3 days are filled with garden tours of some of the greatest
iris gardens in the US. Hope to see you there. Clarence Mahan
