I am not sure, but in Sweden (Us zone 5) we can grow some wild bulbs from the part
of turkey that consist of mountains. So it doesnt matter so much how much south
the flowers are growing, the most importent is also the altitude.
We can also grow flowers from New Zeeland and I think The Rocky mountain flovers
are good for us. Are there any wild Iris in Rocky mountains?
