Maybe. Then, again, maybe it's a difference in smellers. I am
constantly trying to increase my husband's enjoyment of (translation:
"tolerance for") (even better translation: "willingness to help me
with") the garden by planting fragrant flowers of every different sort.
Unfortunately, he and I have very different smellers ( as well as taste
buds, since they go together.) Even when touring famous rose gardens, we
can seldom find a plant which smells strongly sweet to both of us.
This repeated exerience leads me to suggest that when it comes to
fragrance, "NO Absolutes, please."
