O.K. We have votes to continue
with the discussions of variation in
quarterbreds, but move on to other
patterns.
HOMEWORK
Using Tom's basic chart and my
four-fold codes for a tetraploid:
1. Chart a generic blue-violet on
white plicata. =
2. Chart WHITHER THOU GOEST.
Dusty rose-pink with standards
slightly lighter than falls. Maroon
signal and maroon-black beard.
3. Predict the expected offspring.
I'll post some seedling descriptions =
later. There'll probably be some
surprises, but the overall variation
is not as great as that found in the
offspring of SOSTENIQUE X TRIBE
OF JUDAH. [HINT!]
