This was not a permanent omission. It was a delay. Sorry that no
explanation was given.

The position of Judges Training Chairman was changed, and the new person
did not get the information updated in time for the January issue. In fact
he is still working on it now! Rest assured, as soon as the Judges Training
Chairman submits it, we will put it in the Bulletin.

Space is no longer really a consideration. That is one reason we changed
the method of bindry. The old bindry only allowed a maximum of 124 pages.
We have no page limit with the new bindry process except cost (don't expect
300 page Bulletins any time soon!). So, generally speaking, we will no
longer have to cut anything out if we go a little over 124 pages.
