Thanks, Scott, for the reason for the omission of the Judges' Roster. 
 I am glad to know there will be no cutting;  however, I still think 
there is much more interesting information to report than the 
Arrangers' Awards.

Thanks, too, to all who offered suggestions.  I am taking Judy up on 
her offer to forward me the list of judges for Region 22.
