The "Wizards of Oz" (AIS Judges in Australia) listed for 1999 are as
follows (with their judging ranks):
John O. Baldwin - Active Master
Barry Blyth - Garden Judge
Graeme Grosvenor - Active Master
Robert Raabe - Retired Master
John Taylor - Garden Judge
All of these individuals are fully qualified judges, the various ranks have
more to do with how many hoops they have to jump through in order to
maintain their status as judges.

P.S. Would anyone care to guess what is the only country outside North
America with more AIS Judges than Australia? I was somewhat surprised
myself when I looked at the list.
