I guess I didn't carry my soapbox to the end - There is no problem with
hybridizers sharing seedlings with each other -- the problem is the small
growers and backyard irisarians who sell their seedlings to the innocent
public just because they are pretty, but could not stand up against the
standard requirements. We had a person - no longer living - in the region
who did this, and it isn't fair (IMHO) to the public or the hardworking
