And whomsoever is completely without bias, should he determine whether there 
is some vague relevance? I still disagree, what may seem relevant to you is 
not always so to me. But I will always agree that you should be able to post 
it on this list based on its existing charter.

If pc problems are relevant, then by the same stretch, understanding what a 
sig file is and how it is a part of email is ALSO RELEVANT. And by your 
eclipse stretch, I should post a note with some of my questions regarding 
motorcycling to Dallas since I'm going to an iris convention. And since you 
assume that weather is of concern to most everyone, I can assure it isn't. I 
have a completely understandable and very major aversion to weather 
reports/stories/etc. (email me privately if you must know) but I don't 
protest their appearance on the list even when they are completely 
irrelevant to iris.

tolerance should be a virtue...
