I don't debate that what you say in your area is true, but maybe the
judges should be reminded that on both pages 38 and 50 of the Judges
Handbook the Show Cahirman is responsible for informing the judges of
any favorable or unfavorable environmental conditions affecting the
quality of the exhibits.
Being a new judge this year, I don't have a lot of experience but in
many of the shows I have clerked or apprenticed in, the chairman has
briefed the panel on the local weather when it had an impact on the
available blooms. No one seemed to object.
