Best wishes, Jeff.  Big shoes to fill when you succeed such an efficient person as Anner.  However, when I say that I remember the comment of a former colleague who was hired to fill the position of a retired and extremely capable and popular choral director.  Somebody told him the same thing about filling shoes, and his response was that he planned to bring his own shoes!  I'm sure you have yours, too.
