Hi Neil,
     Being somewhat near you in SC, this is interresting info.   I 'll see if 
I can get this stuff  locally.    Except for the snow, our weather has been 
like yours.    Warmer today again in mid to high 50's.     Makes it hard to 
know when to plant bulbs since they tend to come up if you plant them before 
December.    I've had germination at various times of the year since our 
winters are so mild.    So guess I'd better get some seeds into pots...might 
name my first seedling "Procrastination".
