TB

Hi Patrick,
I grow about 1500 iris varieties. I think that about 80% of
them are TBs. Also have enough SDBs, IBs, BBs, 30+ SIBs, by 1-5 plants of
other classes and several species also. As to favorites, say, among TBs,
impossible to designate even if only 20-30 varieties. The main thing for me is
perhaps a good flower form. I like "Ghio form". If to say about colors, I like
green one, bicolors and luminatas in the first place. A lot of luminata
seedlings of different patterns and tints I saw at Keith Keppel garden last
May - it was fantastic sight. I like many varieties (not only bicolors) of
Barry Blyth. And I also like SA irises. Try to make crosses myself.
Probably your climate is good for ARs. It seems, it's too cold for them in
Moscow. What about growing SIB, LA, JA and PCN in AZ?
