Me too. Sorry to hear that VANDA SONG croaked - I was hoping that one
might be something I could use as a breeder. MARIAH got better than
average ratings in the little cyber poll of AM/HM performance in Region
7/24 we did last summer. So maybe it takes awhile to settle in? I will
pretend that, since I got it as a bonus from Sch this year.

Have you tried COLOR ME BLUE? So far, it seems to be doing fairly well
here, and I love the color - a nice, clear, light blue. And among older
ones, I still like CARRIBEAN DREAM. Not a prolific bloomer or increaser
when neglected, but reliable and fairly tough.

<TWO of the light blue standards and blue plic falls pattern: HARMONICS,

and ACOMA are also no-shows for bloom going on 3 years..>

Well, I must say I'm glad to hear that (?) - the seedling that rebloomed
for me this fall (first bloom) was more of less of that type. I think I
have a photo - will try to dig it out & post to brighten your winter.

And, as the snow melted from the ground on the east side of the house,
the first species crocus bloom of the season was revealed today! A sad
and sodden little wreck of a bloom it is, but a cheery sight
nonetheless.
