Glenn. The postmark on the AIS bulletin said it was mailed from Glendale, Calif., so it probably arrives in the western states first and then goes eastward. I wonder if the winter weather slows down the travel time. Also since it is sent out via bulk mail only the post office might know when it might arrive. (maybe they don't). Anyways
Susan B,, from Utah where winter disappeared all of January and today it is 62 degrees. It should be 40 degrees.

Walter I will let you know if it ever makes it to North Carolina!
How did Sandy get a copy in the great far north before it made it to the
lower 48. Obviously it is not mailed alphabetically or by regions. Maybe by
zip codes in reverse order.
