I've been watching the rain for several days... the gutters overflowing,
enjoying the hummingbirds come back to the feeders after a downpour, the blue
heron trying to sneak into our gold fish pond, the dogs curling into the warm
chairs with us... and my husband walked by to give me a headset so I could
listen to the theme song for our 2004 convention in Fresno. It just seemed
to be the right time to share it...

All the leaves are brown, and the sky is gray,
I'm been for a walk, on a Winter's day,
I've been safe and warm, if I was in LA,
California dreamin'. on such a Winter's Day...
