Not this particular one.  It's cream or white ground with blue rim and blue 
or purple beard.  

But I do have one that looks like it has a pale blue ground.  It's like a 
blue haze.  It was one of the first to bloom last spring and I'm afraid it was a 
weather related anomaly.  I'm waiting for a second year bloom to be sure.  I 
have a friend that went nuts over this one and I had to keep saying . . . this 
is first year bloom . . . Lets wait and see!  The two groups have  common 
ancestors.
