Re: AIS: membership list


Excellent suggestion - write that down, somebody, and send it to John's
new AIS mail-list.

I was a bit confused about how that list works - so for anyone else who
didn't quite understand, it's like this listserver or a yahoo groups
address, but you don't have to subscribe to it.  Just mail to it like a
regular email address to one person and it goes to everybody.

<I can see why some wouldn't want their name/addr published, but there
is a
                   simple way to handle this. When paying dues, there
could be a check box
                   which said "__ I do not want my name/addr published
to other members." or
                   something like that. It would be like having an
unlisted phone number in the
                   phone book.
