This is our first day above freezing in a long time. Most nights in the teens and low 20s. The Potomac has been frozen over to the Maryland shore, but there's open water today. BUT -- On returning from checking the seedling gardens and the eagles today, I was greeted by a flock of about 2 dozen robins churning up the leaves in the iris beds like towhees! Huh??? Do they know something we don't?
