Apparently there are a lot of us who are not very observant, because when the
awards were announced at the final convention banquet I asked others sitting
close to me the same question you asked re YAQUINA BLUE---no one I asked
remembered seeing it in the gardens. I certainly did not remember seeing it,
so if I did see it, it did not impress me. For the Cook Cup, I voted for the
splendid IB AURORA'S BLUSH, hybridized by the Willott's. In any event, don't
