Well, if you mean it might be something to use like, or in addition to,
putting a stalk in warm water, I would think it would help. What I am
doing is creating a warm(er) environment to keep the buds from freezing.
It would also work to make a whole stalk warmer. If that would make the
bloom open faster on a show stalk then I think it would work for your
purpose. It is like a mini greenhouse.
So far after three nights of sub 32 F weather, the stalk and blooms are
still intact.
