Barb comments:

That's just what I did with Dave Niswonger's Chrysographes seeds. 
They've been in the fridge since August! I do plan to plant them as soon 
as our 8 inches of snow melts and it gets above zero!  :-)

I did get the two batches of his spuria seeds planted in December and 
eagerly await their awakening!
