That really taxes the ole memory cells 'cause I last saw his garden shortly
after his death in the spring of 1981 -- but my guess is that the ridges were
more like 18" wide, the furrows were wide enough to serve as paths. Would it
be feasible to make a U-turn with your cultivator to produce a double-width
ridge?
