I was tempted not to mention this on list, but my girlfriend Kate and I plan
to visit Texas, New Orleans and St Louis (hopefully) in late March or early
April. Any suggestions for what to see and where to see it (horticulturally
speaking, and not just irises) would be welcome. We will be based for the
first week of our two week stay in College Station, TX (home of Kate's
brother).
We plan to mostly travel by train.
Incidentally, my reluctance to put this on list is caused by the knowledge
that there will be some good suggestions and I am sure not to have time to do
any of them! )-:
