OH MY HECK! If only maniacs try to garden in the Scottish Highlands where
the temperatures have gotten as low as -4F, then no wonder there are so
many chain saw murderers on the loose here, where it can get to -20 or even
-30F and stay that way for up to a week!
Fortunately, we have enjoyed much milder temperatures this winter; it
hasn't even gotten down to 0 degrees F (yet). Current temperature at 1845
local time is 30F/-1C.
